100% Whole Wheat Bread In The Bread Machine

Description

An easy whole wheat bread loaf from scratch; great for sandwiches and toast.


Ingredients

Scale

1 1/4 cups warm water

3 Tbsp olive oil

2 Tbsp sugar

2 Tbsp Swerve sugar substitute (or more sugar)

3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

4 Tbsp vital wheat gluten

1 1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp instant yeast


Instructions

In bread pan of a bread machine add ingredients in order listed above, beginning with water and ending with yeast.

Make a small well with your fingers for the yeast

Place into bread machine carefully, set to Whole Wheat setting, 1.5 lb loaf, light crust
