Twisted Cheddar Garlic Knots
These garlic cheese knots are simple to make and scarfed down in a matter of minutes by kids and adults alike. This was a really simple process; a basic dough filled with cheese and garlic powder. It’s as easy as rolling it out, folding it in half, and cutting strips. And that’s where the magic happens, the twisting and knotting. Any time you twist something, it just becomes better…and ultimately more interesting.
I used sharp cheddar cheese, but you can use your favorite cheese. And you know what else?! You can stuff it with other stuff too. Ham and Swiss? Yes, please.
The cheese does squeeze out a little bit as these are baking, but helllllooooo crispy cheese bits.

*If you make these garlic cheese knots in the winter, it can be tough to find a warm place to proof the dough. I like to use my Instant Pot on the Yogurt setting.
