5 Tbsp all purpose flour


Cut block of cheese into long rectangles that will fit into the chute of the food processor 


If hand grating, cut into a manageable size for your hand

Shred cheese

Divide into 2 cup portions in freezer bags

Add 1 Tbsp flour to each bag and shake
