Magic Keto low carb sugar free nutella, it’s what’s for dinner. Just joking, it’s not for dinner…it could be though…wait, I’ll think about what we can use this sugar free nutella for, in our dinner prep. I’ll get back to you, k.
For now, let’s just think about what we are going to put it on, or should we just spoon it? No, we have to have some dignity. We could put it on apple slices, or low carb bread, fat head bagels, Lorrrrrrdt let’s put it on everything. And actually, any of these options go so well with Keto Super Coffee with MCT oil! It’s a whole thing, a whole breakfast.

How To Make Keto Low Carb Sugar Free Nutella
It starts with whole hazelnuts. Give me all the hazelnuts right now, I’m so into it. You are going to roast them for a few minutes, rub the skins off, and then process them into a paste.

Add a little oil, not much, and then the cocoa and powdered Swerve (erythritol). OH MAH GAH. That’s all it takes to make this sugar free Nutella of your dreams. It’s creamy and chocolatey with a strong hazelnut flavor. When you leave it in the refrigerator overnight, it becomes the spreadable Nutella you have come to know and love, but not have because…sugar.

I also need to admit something right now. I need a new food processor. Maybe my blades are dull, maybe it’s just a middle of the road appliance but it didn’t get my hazelnuts paste-y enough for my liking. Adding the oil halfway through processing helps, but this isn’t a Vitamix or anything. I need to work on that. We need to go shopping.
