Do you want to go to Starbucks this afternoon for an overpriced iced latte? Me either, ain’t nobody got time for that. As for me and my circus…we’re staying home. I have school pick up soon, the baby is chewing the leather chair, the chickens are fighting, the cat wants in, and the dog…well… he has given up just like me. I mentioned to you that I modified my low carb diet in favor of trying Noom (I lost 10 pounds the first month), but I am still making good choices. That means no sugar, ever. So, instead of going to Starbucks today, we are going to drink a Keto Super Coffee, k?
I was really skeptical about trying this product. Read: I was really scared it would taste like SlimFast and make me jittery with a side of anxiety.
I didn’t. It tasted like a straight up Starbucks full sugar cinnamon hazelnut latte, 6 pumps, skinny, with almond milk, no whip. Just saying. It made my afternoon.
I used it as my weapon of choice around 3:00pm when I was starting to feel the day getting the best of me. I filled a tall glass with ice and poured over the Keto Super Coffee. It was SO GOOD. No weird taste, no jitters, no anxiety. I did lose it a little later that evening while I was cooking dinner but there was a baby crying and origami and an angry 7 year old with a Valentines craft book…don’t ask…it wasn’t the Super Coffee.
WHY KETO SUPER COFFEE WITH MCT OIL IS GOOD IDEA
I love the added MCT oil for a couple of different reasons. First, I don’t eat that many calories on Noom (1200), and getting a healthy dose of fat is a good thing. Second, your body uses MCT oil almost instantly as energy. I need that boost in the afternoon. Third, MCT oil can help optimize the growth of good bacteria in the gut. We all need the good bacteria.
So my honest review is that it is amazing and I am stocking up. I could really drink this every day it is that good. Knowing that I can fit it into my Noom weight loss program (only 80 calories), tasting like Starbucks, and giving me a boost that I desperately need is everything to me right now.
