1.5 lbs cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp sea salt
6 cloves of garlic, minced
- Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and combine with sea salt, olive oil, and garlic.
- Add the mixture to a jar (mason jar works well).
- Let it sit in the refrigerator. There are good in a couple of hours, but they are all you ever dreamed of in 24 hours.
