Vegan Peppermint White Russian
I’ve been working hard to come up with a few new cocktails for the holiday season this year. I mean what would 2020 be without a few cocktails. Even if you are kissing 2020 goodbye quietly at home with a charcuterie board for two…or a dozen Krispy Kremes (because why not)…don’t skip this super yum cocktail.
And actually…what are you doing for New Year’s Eve this year? This year will be the same as always for us, family night with our kids; who are way more excited to stay up until midnight than we are.
Something different I am doing is a tapas-style night with lots of small plates for grazing. Of course with cocktails and mocktails at the ready. The cranberry orange sparkle recipe and this vegan peppermint white Russian are both on the drink menu.

ONLY THREE INGREDIENTS FOR THIS COFFEE COCKTAIL
- Coffee Liqueur: So yum. I used Kapali.
- Peppermint Liqueur: I used DeKuyper.
- Light Coconut Milk: You don’t taste the coconut much. If you aren’t a vegan then you can use half and half.
HOW TO MAKE A PEPPERMINT WHITE RUSSIAN
- Fill: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice- don’t skip the ice.
- Measure: Measure out liquor using a liquor jigger and light coconut milk using a liquid measuring cup.
- Shake: Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain into a cocktail glass.
