1 bottle Angry Orchard Hard Cider (or your favorite)
1 packet McCormick Grill Mates Smoky Applewood Marinade Mix
1 can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 28oz can petite diced tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
- : Heat oil on medium-medium high heat and add onions, cooking until translucent, about 10 minutes.
- Cook: Add pork sausage (or vegetarian option), cook until browned, about 10 minutes.
- Add: Pour in hard cider, marinade mix, beans, tomatoes, and tomato paste.
- Simmer: Bring to a low boil and then reduce heat to low medium-low. Simmer for 3 hours covered. Stir occasionally.
