This homemade hot chocolate mix recipe is the closest you will come to rich, gourmet, melting chocolate. An easy hot cocoa mix that comes together in two minutes in the food processor and makes enough mix for the entire winter.

Ingredients

3 cups Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa Powder

2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar or Swerve confectioners sugar

2 cups dry milk powder

1 1/2 cups chocolate chips or Lilys chocolate chips (sugar free)

1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp Vanilla Powder

1 Tbsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Combine: Combine all ingredients except vanilla extract in a food processor.
  2. Process: Process on low while slowly dripping in the vanilla extract, allow to process 1-2 minutes until all ingredients are combined.
